In May 2024, we started working with our client Blue Azalea for their new project, a collection of 18 luxury townhomes nestled between the Elizabeth and Chantilly neighbourhoods in North Carolina. These properties were to feature contemporary inspired architecture, with each unit containing approx 2,040+ sq ft of luxurious living space across three floors featuring luxe-finishes.
Since purchasing the land in 2022, the Blue Azalea team worked closely with neighbours and the Elizabeth Community Association to respect the needs of the community, with the site name ‘Park Rose Townhomes’ paying homage to the original Elizabeth neighborhood called Rosemont which was created in the 1950’s south of Independence Park.
Our team created a digital twin ecosystem of Park Rose, showcasing the collection of the townhomes in their leafy North Carolina setting. The visualisation solutions facilitated virtual tours of the future units, showcasing the three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two car garage and roof deck of each upcoming luxury property.
